Sir, I have ordered a Goyal Fashion Multi..." colour saree from Voonik having order No. R[protected] on 28.04.2017 with a confirmation message that the will be delivered in my address on or before 5 May 2017. Next message I received order is processed and will be despatched shortly. On 1st May I received another message that the order R[protected] has been delayed. I donot know what is going on. Verified Support Nov 28, 2017 Voonik Tech Customer Care's response Dear Girish, As per the telephonic conversation, we have successfully refunded your amount for the order ID R[protected] into the same account from which the payment was made. The order was cancelled due to the unavailability of the product.
