Sir,
I have ordered a Goyal Fashion Multi..." colour saree from Voonik having order No. R[protected] on 28.04.2017 with a confirmation message that the will be delivered in my address on or before 5 May 2017. Next message I received order is processed and will be despatched shortly. On 1st May I received another message that the order R[protected] has been delayed. I donot know what is going on. Please confirm me, as soon as possible about my shipment.

As per the discussion with your representative a little while before, I have transfered a amount of rupees 418/- towards the payment of a saree from Goyal Fashion multi... saree through netbanking from SBI with reference number [protected]IGABFFZJE7. Please refund my amount or send me a check with the name GIRISH KUMAR MISHRA as soon as possible.

As per the telephonic conversation, we have successfully refunded your amount for the order ID R[protected] into the same account from which the payment was made.

The order was cancelled due to the unavailability of the product. Hence we request you to treat this incident as an exception case so that we will have an opportunity to serve you better in near future and do continue shopping with Voonik.

I, Pinki Verma resident of C-2148, Indira Nagar, Lucknow had ordered for a black kurti. The courier boy took the amount (Rs. 500/-) and he told that the company will exchange the Kurti in 2 to 3 days. But till date i have not received the kurti nor the amount. Please do the needful.
