[Resolved] Voonik Tech — Regarding refund of a product | |||||
This is Sumeen Rattan a customer of your site. I bought a top a few days back which costed me around 485 Rs. including Delivery charges and some how i dint fit me so i returned the product and the refund which was given to me was 455 Rs. I just wanted to clarify where did the extra 30 rs go which probably would have been delivery charges. So i called your customer care number and got a response which wasn't convincing at all. I request you to please look into the matter and refund the rest of the amount which is deducted for no reason. All the e- commerce websites return the exact amount of refund which they have charged for the product + its delivery. I don't understand your policy of not returning the delivery charges. It's a small amount i could have let it go but then as a genuine customer who keeps shopping online. I thought to give a feedback and raise a query. We notice that you have returned the product and the refund (Shipping charges) was initiated on May 24th, as per the bank’s policy, the amount will reflect in the your account within 3-5 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday & Bank holidays).
