[Resolved] Voonik Tech — Regarding the refund amount for returned dress material | |||||
I had received aanarkali dress with id r[protected] which was of small size.. On repeated calls, for returning this product i called voonilk customer care... They never. Picked up.. I then complained in this forum.. After 2 days they picked up the dress material.. Through shadow fax... And promised me to refund the money within 5 days. I still have not received the money of 696rs... When will you refund my money???¿??? Had a very bad experience with voonilk I am adding photos of the bills.. Please don't shop invoonik, i[censored] want to then first call to customer care... And then try... Was this information helpful? | |||||

If you wish to get the refund in bank account, please follow the procedure to transfer credits in bank: Login in website/App > Go to My Order > Select the order for which refund is given in VC > Click on Transfer credits to Bank > Fill the bank details > Submit Refund will be initiated within 24 hours and refund will reflect within 3-5 working days.
