[Resolved]  Voonik Tech — Return not happening for my product

I have ordered a new designer Bollywood Saree of order no. R[protected]. The product is very low quality and not at all reach my expectations. I wanted to return the product but it is asking return authorization number RAN. Which I am not getting it from any where from website mails, messages of voonik Kindly solve the issue as early as possible. Because it is already 3 days passed

Kindly fill in your Bank Details in the form that has been sent through E-mail and submit it within 24 hours .
The product will be collected from the given address within 4 -5 working days. Subject to successful completion of Quality Check for the returned product, the amount will be refunded to your account within 7-10 working days.
