Feb 10, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Verified Support Jan 10, 2017 Voonik Tech Customer Care's response Hi Pradeep, We notice that you have returned the product and the refund was initiated on Jan 10th, it may take up to 7-10 business days for your bank to credit the refund amount to your account. We have processed courier charges in Voonik credits. If you wish to get the refund in bank account, please follow the procedure to transfer credits in bank: Login in website/App > Go to My Order > Select the order for which refund is given in VC > Click on Transfer credits to Bank > Fill the bank details > Submit Refund will be initiated within 24 hours and refund will reflect within 3-5 working days.
