I have ordered for dungree dress product details shoppertree cotton linen dungarees for women cost rs 838 it was ordered on 05/05/2017 and recieved it on 12/05/2017 the product was a dress shown in the picture and I had order for a dungree dress but I have received a pant which is totally different from what I had ordered I had Oder for a dress but it's a pant when I get this is totally disappointing from the site it is shown what and getting what totally disappointing now I would like to request to please help me out for returning it back the product and requesting to refund my amount charged . Verified Support May 13, 2017 Voonik Tech Customer Care's response Dear Sarika, We are so sorry, that you got a wrong product, it must be such a disappointment. We promise, we will investigate the issue to figure out, how such a product got cleared in Quality check. Request for the Return of your product has been raised. Kindly fill in your Bank Details in the form that has been sent through E-mail and submit it within 24 hours . The product will be collected from the given address within 4 -5 working days. Subject to successful completion of Quality Check for the returned product, the amount will be refunded to your account within 7-10 working days.
