[Resolved] Voonik Tech — Unable to cancel product because app aks for RAN

I ordered product no R[protected] on 15 December and it's delivery date was 23 December but it wasn't delivered so I want to cancel it. and ordered product no R[protected] on 21 December but due to some problems I need to cancel it but it isn't happening the app asks for return authorisation number.what should i do? Dec 26, 2016 Updated by nikeah gurung I placed my two orders.But because of some problems i need to cancel the order.And I was about to do it but it was not possible because app asks for Return authorisation number.I don't know the RAN number I tried a lot but couldn't do it.So what should I do?
