[Resolved] Voonik Tech — Unable to receive my order

I had ordered few dresses from voonik app on 1st Oct 2016. Order was processed and shipped as shown in the app.The details with due delivery dates are;

2)Product Name:

a)Belle Black & Yellow Crepe Dress -16 Oct 2016

b)Mayra Partywear Top-17 Oct 2016

c)Indian Designer Blue Frock-19 Oct 2016

d)Adkfeb arrival latest pink diamond and fancy analog Designer wrist Watches For Women's-17 Oct 2016.

I have not received my orders till date. I have sent repeated complaint mails to voonik.com and even called their customer care, but all in vain.
I have not received my Order neither I know weather I will receive my order or not. Every time they just say me that your complaint will be resolved in 24-48 hrs. Every time customer care just keep on saying your order will be delivered by next day.

Voonik Tech Customer Care's response Dear Animesh.,

We are truly sorry to know that you are upset with us. We notice that due to some logistical constraints, the delivery was unsuccessful for the orders, we will make sure Order - R[protected]-2, R[protected]-3 and R[protected]-4 will be delivered by Oct 29th. Apologies! The order - R[protected]-1 stands cancelled due to logistical constraints, hence we have initiated refund on Oct 27th, as per the bank’s policy, the amount will reflect in the your account within 7-10 business days (excluding Saturday, Sunday & Bank holidays). Request you to place a fresh order and will ensure a hassle free delivery to your doorstep.
