[Resolved] Voonik Tech — unable to return and get refund in bank account | |||||
My order id is r[protected]. I m repeatedly filling the required credentials to return this product because it's quality is not at par it's price and the material is very cheap but everytime it is showing that my account no is invalid when it clearly isn't. I tried to repeat the process with my another bank account but still the same thing is happening. I have been calling the customer support center since 2 days but they just cut the call after a minute. This is by far my worst online shopping experience and it has nothing to do with the product but the very inconvenient and messed up system this particular site has when you wish to get refund not in terms of voonik credit.
