[Resolved] Voonik Tech — Voonik [order r[protected]] they dont give proper response and no refund of my money | |
I ordered a dress from voonik.com through credit card on 5th may. The order number is order r[protected]. I had waited for more than 25 days. I didnt receive my product and when i contacted the customer care, asked to cancel the order they didnt give proper response. I have contacted the customer care for 6 to 7 times still no response. Every time they were saying we have escalated the issue you will receive your money in 5 days. Still nothing is happening. Worst online shopping site ever. Trying to loot people's money.
