[Resolved] Voonik Tech — Wrong product delivered and not refund full money | |||||
I ordered "Raabta Red Net Short Dress" of Rs. 524 and got totally changed product. When i was trying to exchange then it was unable to process so finally i had to return that wrong product(Cost 349 rs.)My Order number is R[protected]. And i got money back only 494 Rs. If Voonik people do not have such command on their software/department then why are they making fool to us and not refunding the amount which they took from me. This is totally wrong. Either voonik should deliver the same product or return full money(524Rs).
