I have ordered a Fashionesta Red And White Silk Embroidery Designer semi stitched stright suit, order no. R[protected]. since i was not satisfied with the quality of the product i wanted to return the same. on my mobile i initiated the return through the app and accordingly, the product with order no. R[protected] has been reverse picked up on 5th january, 2016 and i have the pickup receipt with me. however i have not been refunded with the amount in respect of the return. moreover the executive have not given me any response as i was told and have not recieved any mail. kindly address to the concern.
