I ordered a dress... And received it after a week The dress is so worst material is also not that good at all what is saw in computer and what us been delivered to me third copy of that dress... As I called customers service call centre they a unable to answer no one get in touch for the issue only a recorded system speaks that the call disconnects and I m charged for that... Not just worst but worst ever as every time i send an inquiry about when my item would be shipped, i get a reply which not only makes you a foo, as well as funny an the message says courier could not ship it your city and we have changed the courier service will receive in 4-5 days, again after five days when i didn't receive the material and contacted the customer care, i got the same message courier change, so this clearly identifies that vooniks job is to change courier companies and nothing else as i received the same message four times. And when I ask for refund they say dispatched so no refund can be processed, So if it is dispatced where it has gone to AIR or WATER.
