Iam regular customer of VRL. Moving regular cargo on weekly basis to Bangalore from Ranipet office.. today cargo not booked booked due to harsh behaviour of sales person due to bill related issues..pls call to me discuss in detailed mob no [protected]

We have transported some material through vrl and it was found damage during transportation we have mailed the issue but we haven't received any response yet. Due to the damage we are facing a loss in the project .Kindly provide us the solution for this, As we are regular client with vrl its a first time we are facing such issue from your end.

Hi I am traveling with your VRL bus date 10 Jan 2022 at the stop of solapur bus is stopped I have natural call o[censored]rine I have to go but driver started bus and not stopped using bad word to me and shouted with big sound please take action both the driver please

I have transported my Honda Amaze from Jamshedpur (24th Dec) to Gurgaon (not yet received) and all POCs during the transit period do not receive the call and provide wrong information. I was told on the 8th day that my car has arrived Gurgaon and in order to receive it, i have to make the payment first and then collect my car. I paid the amount to the company’s current account and then asked to share the location of my car in order to pick up. Nobody shared the location instead i was told that my car has not yet reached the location, it is in Prayagraj. My POCs are: Deepak and Rahul, who claim to be employees of VRL Transportation. I need my car asap and i want some action against these scoundrels and cheaters.

VRL tumkur stop has cleanliness issues.

Toilets specially ladies toilets stinks and are in bad condition.

Why cigarettes are allowed in vrl premises.AC busses without windows closed make a nightmare experience after passenger enters bus.

Hi sir,

It's been long time that VRL tumkur food stop has issues with cleanliness. Ladies toilets are in pathetic condition.

Why you are marketing cigarettes in the VRL compound. People smoke and create a bad atmosphere around and with in the bus, specially AC busses will be nightmare as windows will be closed.

Please take better step to resolve these issues.

Household items damage like refrigerator, Gas, SS Items, Double bed, Bike, AC, BOX .

Bike parts Missing.
Chair Missing.

Services not given after charge deduction like loading unloading.

This parcel was sent on 18th December and it was supposed to be delivered within 4-5 days, but it’s still not been delivered and I’ve been visiting the office everyday and they tell me that it’s been misplaced somewhere. Is this the service that y’all provide? I need a solution as soon as possible, it’s a very important parcel.

Sir, i went to jigani parcel office on 25.12.2021, i was told to pay Rs.25 as hamali charges. after paying the amount, the manager told they will not put the material in my car. i have to pay extra un receipted tip to the labour sitting in the office. i asked why i have to pay extra charged i had already paid hamali charges, he replied it is for only unloading material from your vehicle.
with no option i loaded my material my car. (i have video recorded ).it was 7 packets 130kg total weight, ID no.[protected] . please dont loose your reputation. if it is fact that customer has to load the material, print the same in receipt.

I have booke goods in vrl ahemdabad to vrl Visakhapatnam on 1st of December it's been 22 days my goods have not been delivered
I have regularly contacted the concerned authority in Visakhapatnam about the same
Those people are saying ki they cannot and will not deliver the goods and telling us to collect it from the transport
It seriously a harassment for us kindly take a strict action against it

I sent a parcel to pollachi vrl office. Then after the delivery of the product to the vrl office they did not call the concern party via phone and let him know that the parcel has been arrived.

I had to trace it online and let my customer know that the parcel has been arrived. After my customer went there the person responsible for this behaved very rudely and badly.

My customer felt bad and returned back without collecting the parcel because they denied the delivery to my customer.

So I had to get the parcel return here and they denied my response also saying they cannot do it and asked my to come there and collect. How can I go there and collect.

So I went to my nearby vrl office and they said they dont have the permission to get that and told me again contact the vrl office in pollachi.

It's been many days since the parcel in in VRL office and the customer was not able to get the parcel and I was also denied to get it back.

Both office VRL incharge person behavior was very bad and worst. No proper response. When we call them they scold us and cut the call. How can this kind of worst service happen.

Then We Called To Our Bag Seller (Chandigarh) That We Have Received Less Bags. He Told Me That We Send That Proper Paper Wrap Packing With 10 Bags In Each Box.
But When We Have Received This Consignment From Each Bags 3 Bags Are Missing So Total 6 Bags Are Missing From The Consignment. Also That Box Wrapped With Brown Tape. I Have Raise This Complain To Goregaon Station His Saying We Have Received This Box From Bhiwandi Vrl Station. We Again Called To Bhiwandi He Says We Cant Do Anything You have to Launch The Complaint On"

I am supposed to get 7 bags of pebble stone from Jaipur. Last 2 days i even checked if i have received the shipment. However today (15th Dec 21) i received a call from Kiran, VRL Trichy saying that i have received the shipment. When i went in person i saw only 6 bags out of 7 bags. The issue was the verbatim used by delivery person Mr. Kiran was wrong. He is saying if you want you take and go. When i escalated to ADM Mr. Mouli, he was also not in a mood to listen. Very bad customer service. They dont even know where the consignment is.

There are a lot of problems happening from Lucknow-kanpur hub, as material is not delivered in time, also last time one of the packets was sent to somewhere else out of the complete package.
Please make sure of their urgent delivery.

Whenever we collect our shipment from VRL logistics Durgapur West Bengal there labour demanding extra money for releasing shipments.
