On 02 10 2018, I tried to book a ticket through Internet Banking for journey of my sister, Ms. Shashikala from Hubballi to Pune on 09 10 2018 for Seat No.L-17 (Hubballi- Mumbai Volvo Sleeper Bus departing Hubballi at 9.45 PM). My account was debited for Rs, 1418.00, but the ticket was not generated. I tried again 3 more times, but the ticket was not generated even though my account was debited with Rs.1418.00 all the 3 times.This, I presume, may be due to some technical issues in the payment gateway. Thus, in all Rs.5672/- (1418 X 4) was debited to my account without generation of any ticket.
Thereafter, I booked the ticket manually at the counter of your Hubballi Office for the same journey & seat number (Transaction No.14351913 and PNR No.[protected].
In view of the foregoing, I request you to refund the excess amount of Rs.5672.00 9(1418 X 4)debited to my account, at your earliest.
