Bus was travelling from bangalore to kundapura on nov 5, 2018. I was one of the passengers. The driver was speeding and due to his carelessness we had an accident. Luckily no passenger was injured. But it took 2 hours for arrangement of another bus. I have already written a mail regarding this issue (With attached photos of the incident) to take serious action on the driver to [protected]@vrllogistics.com the mail id as mentioned in their website. But no reply or any apology regarding the incident has come yet. Worst customer care ever. Was this information helpful? |
