WORST TRAVEL SERVICE! CURSE TO THE SOCIETY
Bus did not come. after questioning head office every 5 min. they answered . bus is coming its 5 min away. finally bus came after 2.5 hours of wait. to to our surprise it wasnt a AC sleeper bus but normal seater bus. Argued for refund .said not possible. pay the difference. not possible. argued argued. said Rs 50 will be refunded. whereas the difference between AC sleeper n seating bus was Rs 400
Not secure for female passengers. Female passenger were treated badly. with male passengers intervention it got calm.
Extremely impolite staff.
Drivers were in extreme rush.
When given the feedback to the head office.it was absolute don’t care attitude.
Please refrain from traveling!
We need to teach a lesson to these arrogant AGENCY.that there business is because of the passengers!
