I had been using vrl service for bangalore-hyd route in 2013. So i suggested same to my wife for nagpur-pune journey. But this was biggest mistake in my life. I had booked vrl ac sleeper @8.30pm from nagpur to pune on 22/12/2017. Tkt no. Tkdg87548553. Due to suffocation/bad maintenance of ac, my wife started feeling vomiting sensation, later it went worst. She requested to driver & staff to stop the bus for a while, but he denied to stop. And due to that she vomited in bus itself. After that also he did not stop at all. Later on she asked for extra blanket/bedsheet but again she got no response. This was once of worst part of his journey and shame for bus no gj18az0125 staff behavior. I could not understand, how vrl bus staff can be so insensitive to some lady passenger. Dear concern please take action on it. Please feel free to contact me on [protected]. They don’t care about customer timings
Given time of journey is 13hrs they will take 16 to 17 hrs ...
And I can see still 160 Complaints are pending ...
Take a look and resolve the concerns
