VRL Travels — Bus stopping

Hello Sir, We see that while coming from Gulbarga to Bangalore the VRL bus stops at very very dirty and un hygenic hotel. The washrooms are so dirty, ladies cant even step into it. The hotel is also very dirty and not at all clean. The bus stops at 7:45 PM for dinner. why so early? We see there are many good hotels on the way. Please take this complaint very seriously.
