VRL Travels — driver is not at all, he is rash

My name is manojkumar, travelled with my mom n dad seat number 15, 34, 35... My journey bus no. Is ka25d1395 boarding from : morampudi jn, nr. Simhadri steels at :[protected]:00:00, (The bus is supposed to come at 6.30 but got delayed by 90 mins since he hit car and got late)..
Reasons for compliant :
1) bus driver is too rash in driving and he carry the rashness with travellers too
2) he doesn't stop any where for urinals from mng 5 to 11 (Bus got late bcz he has been late with the car accident sean.. Travellers told his mistake is there in car accident also)
3) i just asked him from indiranagar bangalore to anandrao circle in bangalore which way he takes so that near by to my location i can get down.. For that he shouted and yelled at me saying i should got down there itself and go.. He was abusing like anything... Even i ask him what is the matter of annoying.. Such a waste drivers at the cost of travellers life u r recruiting... I won't take vrl again unless i'm assured that nice n cool controlled drivers are placed...
