VRL Travels — Driver miss behavior

As I have booked ticket on 6th April 2023 from banglore to jamkhandi I booked from annad Rao circle vrl stand due to traffic I informed that I will Board from gurugutepalaya metro station vrl staff said noo please board from peenya I said okay but I was already reached guruntepalaya when I asked in vrl office of guruguntepalaya they said bus will stop here ..when bus arrived driver was too rude that why you said peenya when you are going to board from guruguntepalya I said your official only said that bus will stop here...but however driver was too rude talk ..is this the way to talk with customer????
