Bus driver is not allowing for the passnger to enter before the bus dispature time and and there is no value for the passenger and they r not allowed atlest for senior citizen they r standing past 1 hours but driver is standing infront for them worst people of vrl drivers bus no-ka25aa5269 this people's r worst people so pls take the strikct action on them...

Raj Kumar, TRNO. 14953626 is CANCELED. CANCELED TRNO.14958533 SEAT NO:U10 this was the my ticket cancelled details which is I have done cancel on 14/12/2018 but still I have not received my cancelation refund amount in my account plz look in this and do the needful.
