I booked bus at april 3 2019 9:15 pm (Tn4u[protected] bt i got call in the afternoon dat 9:15 bus hvg some problem so we changed sheet no u16 to u10 bt he didn't gave bus number. Finally i askd in counter at 9:10pm that i didn't get bus number tell me the bus number. He said bus is stacked in traffic. Again 9:30 i asked he said same things but that time bus is moving (Bus no 8066) but i didn't get any call or regarding bus journey message.
