This is Aasma Lambe here, i was traveling in the bus no MH12UM1090 from mumbai to Bangalore my ticket number TR no 22108863 Date 01/10/2022.
At first the driver was arguing for the pick up point, later he said there is no place to keep the baggage in the bus, he made a call to someone and asked to speak with them, when i told about that i had my posting in Bangalore that time they allowed to carry my baggage.
Later in the morning when we ask to stop for the washroom driver is saying that till satara bus will not stop along with me there were few ladies and also few gents who wants to go to washroom but driver was not willing to stop when i force him to stop at the fuel station so he stopped by making faces.
This was more when i informed about the mistake he did so he stopped the bus and said he will not drive at all. Bcoz he was conducted driving from Bangalore to mumbai and mumbai to Bangalore.
This is the worst service i had ever in the VRL travel. It might the risk on people in bus due to the bus driver was not slept properly.
I m sending one copy to the consumer court for this kind of the driver behaviour we get from the VRL travel agency. Was this information helpful? |
