Dear team The bus driver and other facility, committed timing of boarding is perfect due to which i am regular travel through vrl travels But the one thing i want to address you that the person whom you appointed at sangmawadi pune parking area office is very arrogant and miss behave with passengers. This is 4th time we observe him and the same attitude he have while communicating with the passenger, if anybody call him for the address confirmation he don’t give proper answer talk arrogantly, if any passenger ask for the bus status he use to reply that everything is mention in sms then also you are asking, if you people think that your online services is so full proof then please close the office there is no need and if you open the office at sangamwadi to assets passenger then educate the person who seat there should be polite and humble with the passenger Also request to put the fan facility at sangamwadi parking centre because when passenger wait for the bus there are so many mosquitoes and now it summer season cant seat without fan, from last 3-4 months fan is not working at sangamwadi parking office so request you to do the need full.
