VRL Travels — unprofessional driver and cleaner.!

Please do note, i am travelling from koppal to bangalore dated 28/10/2019. These bus driver and cleaner from koppal bus stand are so pathetic and unprofessional with passengers.! These people are not taking passengers luggage in the boot of the bus (Dicky) giving unnecessary reasons to avoid their responsibility.! These people are unfit for their job also ruining the name of vrl.! Please do take quick necessary action asap.! Following are bus details that i am travelling in.!
