Hello team,
This is to inform you that, my bus booking is 9pm departure from bangalore ka25d4796, on 29th june 2019 and i have requested your people to stay 5 more minutes that i stuck in traffic, but they were telling that passengers are witing in next pick up at yashwantapura bangalore, we can not wait, what rubbish words they are using,
That means we are not a passenger??? And have not paid money??? Whether they are taking us free to drop.
Still we have taken risk and gone there at next stop but there is no bus, they had reched 20 mints late after we are reached.
When ever they need time they will take time like anything 30 min to 1 hr and today they does not given 5 minuts time, how selfish vrl not feeling passangers pain.
Kindly take action against them for this type of behaviour with passangers.
Including your staff who are sitting at office and giving wrong details and acaring people, how rubbish to hear these type of words and # reasons.
This is happening repeatedly kindly take a action and update us. This is our hard and earn money, we can not leave like that.
