VRL Travels — vrl packers and movers, bike not delivered on time and delivery person miss behave on call

Vrl packers and movers, my bike is not delivered on time. Delivery date is on 24 and 25th june and delivery person is rude and miss behave on call, he not ready to deliver my bike, he is giving silly reason due to heavy rain it can't be delivered. I have paid online 6037 rs. Huge amount to get my bike delivery from bangalore to pune. Delivery person said rudely, i have not given this payment to him so he will not deliver the bike...
