I ordered i8 earpods online from vsk2 international unitech arcadia, office no 814-b, sector 49, gurgaon, hariyana on dated 14.08.18 but when i received from blue dart courier on dated 18.08.18 found it i7 earpods where i ordered i8 and it looks a already used one and not working properly. And its demaged piece so try to return but neither mail response nor any contact number available. I m very disappointed with this type of online services. I want to return back and get my money. Hi sir or madam have they replied for yyur complaints.
I have ordered i8 earpods but they sent i7 earpods and another one think only one earpods is working and the anothe one is not working the quantity of the earpods is too low. I want to return the product. I have mailed so many times to [protected]@i8earpods.com. but there is no respone. I want my money back.

One thing do other wise take return and get what we need i8 otherwise take real price of the product in the market and give blance

I have read all comments even my issue are the same . So what is the way to get back our refund & return product trying to do that but there is no way out.
I complained the company through mail but received no reply.
