Defective not working need refund, i paid 2099. When i resewed insert battery switched on not switching thane USB connector not connecting to device its not charging. I have sent back the device bu speed post.

This is more than 20 days, at least no courtesy call to the customer.
I would request resolve this issue. I have to consumer Court.

I m from mumbai, purchased this product on 29th aug '18, since i hav recv the product it was damaged since the time i m sending mails and also complaining on their website. But until now no response. Also in the website no customer care number nor any ctc person.
