I purchased vu led tv on 25.06.2019 from flipkart on beawar address but for installation i requested to flipkart change address to acl town ship village rabriyawas and they accepted and changed address but now they are denying to install tv at new address and saying that this is not their servicable area and ypu should contact to vu tv. When i contacted to vu company they agreed to send service engineer to my new address but after somedays they also denying to send service engineer for installation please help me regarding this

I have purchased one LED TV that has US based application currently installed. As its smart TV so i want to run this TV as Indian based application, so kindly let me know the process how can i change it. I have contacted to the VU company also but its denied to provide Indian application configuration.
