Sir,
Recently i have visited the site that i purchased, 333 sq. Yards (Plot no 211- owner k. Sudha rama lakshmi) plot in sap-iii venture (Located at sangam village&gp, sadnagar mandal, mahaboobnagar district) from v. V. R. Housing pvt. Ltd (Having its registered office at flat no.206&211, ii floor, pavani prestige, ameerpet hyd-16) on 4th oct 2009., till date they have not made developments in the venture as they mentioned in the brochure. During my recent visit i observed that the road leading to the site was poorly maintained with lot of ditches, plot no identification marking stones are also missing, no gate and unable to identify which plot was mine we had returned. At the time of purchase, they have given printed brochure in which they assured the following developments.
1. Main road with b. T. Road.
2. Avenue plantations.
3. Drainage.
4. Electricity.
5 water.
6. Children's park.
7. Security.
I went many times to above-mentioned address and they never responded, also no response from them upon call. No developments have been started till today and instead vvr is doing real estate business by deceiving the middle-class people, despite many allegations on mr. Vasudeva rao regarding his wrongful sales of the plots, no action what-so-ever was taken against him.
I request you to take necessary action against mr. Vasudeva rao and vvr, for not developing the land as promised as per the brochure. Was this information helpful? |
