W — not allowing me to exchange

Brought one kurti from satna store and i exchange it at khar store but didn't tried because i am in hurry, so yesterday i went to phionex kurla and want to exchange that but they didn't allowed me to exchange, i told them that i have a size issue it didn't fit me, so they didn't understand my concern and the behavior of khar w staff is not good and supporting, please help me for this

Sir, i got W pencil pants from central of centre square mall at kochi worth Rs.999/- but after two wear it got torned.i brought this product because of the goodwill of this brand, they have cheated.I don’t know what to do.
