I had ordered from w online 3 kurtas;
2 of them shrinked[protected]. Everytime
They said we cannot exchange or return since you washed it.. Is the customer fault that the articles shrinked or will the customer get a dream that do not wash because it will shrink.
Cs says why did you wash it.. Thats why we cannot exchange or return.
Cant they understand; issue is of shrinkage which happened after washing
No one responses on email. Not even if written to the ceo. Is this the way to handle a customer
