I had bought Wakefit Orthopedic Memory Foam Mattress on 16-Aug-2019, order ID #ORDER201908QHwayU, which comes with a 10-year Warranty.
After using it for almost 1.5 years, we felt that Mattress is still stiff and hard and not much comfortable for longer sleep.
We also contacted customer care 7 months ago with the above complaint and they suggested flipping the mattress and use it for the next 3-4 months.
Unfortunately, the problem remains as is.
I again reached to wakefit customer care and asked for an inspection and provide a solution as Mattress is under warranty period, which in return they refused not only inspection but to change or replace the mattress.
As per Wakefit, mattress stiffness not comes under warranty, which is strange to me as a customer. Failed to understand the warranty norms completely. Was this information helpful? |
