Walmart — My flipkart account was blocked

My flipkart account was blocked with registered mobile number [protected] I'm raising complaint since 13 October by contacting flipkart customer support but there is no resolution till now and I have 394 rupees in my flipkart gift card I want that money back and from Flipkart my last order promised delivery date is 13 October but it was not delivered till now. I want resolution for all my problem
