Walmart — Refund amount

I have placed an order of amount 3047 on 16 may 2020 using best price application and paid the amount online through phonepe. On 18 may i have received items of amount 1488 and the bill was printed for 1756. I was informed over a message that the items of amount 1290 are out of stock and i received the refund on the same day. But on the bill where i received the items of 1488 but been charged for 1756 and i'm being asked for the customer service team to refund the difference amount of 333 rupees which i didn't receive the items. I was informed by the support team to wait for for 7 business days. Now it's been more than 20 day's and i have not received my balance amount till date. I was repeatedly asking the best price customer service team for the update they are least responsible. I'm attaching all the details of my order bills and statements
