The person name Rohan have told me to book a package of deluxe rooms at happy hours which i had made as it was offering me a SONY Z2 TABLET so i had booked this package. Now the main problem begins - 1) they are not providing any deluxe rooms it states that they are giving only classic rooms. 2) their happy hours booking providing the Sony Z2 TABLET ... I am struggling to get it from past 2 months. 3) the immediate boss of Rohan ... Mr.Rajiv Agarwal committed that we have to wait till next 10-15 days as their backened team is working on it. All the names i can mention here Rohan, Prashanth, Mahesh, Varun Patel, Rajiv Agarwal and many more who are fooling the customers with their lucrative offers. Kindly take actions against them as they verbally speak something else and over the emails the things are different. I need my amount back Rs.10499/- which i have booked for the package ... They have cheated me too with 10500 deal. Now they are not giving any hotel booking. Any way how to handle these people? They are simply saying that they cannot book the hotel just before the travel date.
