Wbsedcl Electricity Bill Payment — Issue with the WBSEDCL bill payment via QR code

Hi Wbsedcl/Billdesk team,

I have paid my recent WBSEDCL electricity bills for the month of June, July, August 2021. I have used the QR Code to pay the amount through Google pay. The amount did not update in the app and still shows the bills in pending status. Both the consumer IDs are below:
