Wbsedcl — Paid electricity bill using WBSEDCL QR code but WBSEDCL hasn't received the payment yet

Sir/ Madam,
I paid WBSEDCL electricity bill using QR Code printed on electricity bill with Google pay scanner. UPI transaction ID is[protected], to WBSEDCL (billdeskbqr.[protected]@hdfcbank), from Devjani Bhattacharjee(State Bank of India), google transaction ID is CICAgODKvs_yDw. The consumer id is with the name of my mother. But no confirmation message delivered in registered mobile. Online payment status shows no history available.
