Electric bill
Have made a payment of Rs. 896 via Amazon pay using BHARAT QR (electricity bill) to WBSEDCL (billdeskbqr.[protected]@hdfcbank) for the month of feb'21 - MAY 30 against the consumer ID:[protected] on 30/05/22, but WBSEDCL has not yet received the payment although the amount has been debited from my account.

The consumer id is with the name of my mother. But no confirmation message delivered in registered mobile. Online payment status shows no history available.

Electricity bill payment done via phone pe failed and money not refunded
I paid electricity bill of three months (sept-nov) on 22nd September, 2021. I scanned the QR code with phone pe of WBSEDCL and paid Rs. 15441. The payment deposition failed, the electricity office didn't receive my money but my money was debited from my account. The transaction was via HDFC Bank. Kindly take a look into it and refund asap.

Stucking of paid amount of electricity bill
I have paid my electricity bill amount Rs 19011/- on 27th June through Google pay in favor of WBSEDCL. But till date WBSEDCL has not received the payment.
It's a very much ridiculous situation.
May I request you do the needful at the earliest.

Cutting of Tree branches laying on 11000 high voltage wire near my house.
Respected Sir,
I beg to state that my house is at Dilli Road Jhanpa, P.O-Mogra, Dist-Hooghly, Behind Hanuman Mandir. The branches of tree are lying on 11000 high voltage electric wire just above the wire connected to my house and some of my neighbor from light post.In recent fews days it caused spark and fire at wires and caused heavy damage to our home appliances. And any time it can damage the electric wire.
So, it is requested to take action from your end to cut the branches of tree.

I have paid a bill on Nov 2 of period Nov to Jan, cost Rupees 2213 from Google pay platform. From Google pay it is showing money is sent to merchant i.e wbsedcl bank is saying transaction is successful but wbsedcl is saying no bill is paid.
Kindly look into the matter. We are not from great economical family

Convert single phase line to 3 phase

I have been sanctioned with a of 0.84 kilowatt electricity load.
But during the hotter days voltage remains around 160-170 in the peak hours and 180-190 on the rest of the time.
As a result of this our electrical equipments are getting damaged.
Here I submitted petition as well as verbal discussion also for conversion of existing single phase line into 3 phase line.
But they are not in a position to hear something.

Regarding your recent transaction, Ticket No: 104648528, please note that as per the confirmation that we have received from your bank, the amount of ₹ 3132 which was debited for the transaction ID: P2008072129132016693756 should have been reversed to your bank account by now.
Kindly check your bank statement against the UTR number for a confirmation of the credit.
You can find the UTR for the transaction in the PhonePe App by going to the transaction page and clicking on the relevant transaction.
Note: It usually takes 3-5 days for the amount to reflect in your bank account.

I paid a electric bill of Rs 1121 for Consumer ID[protected] on 9th November 2020 11:44 am. It was paid through Google Pay. The UPI Transaction ID is[protected] The amount got deducted and Google Pay showed the transaction was successful. But when I'm checking the bill history on WBSEDCL page it shows the transaction failed. I still haven't received the refund for the same.
