WeChat — Pornografic content

I have reported a user on WeChat numerous times already for displaying pornographic pictures. Nothing is being done about this by WeChat, although they state hat they do not condone this. I only receive feedback from them everytime stating "Sorry, we are unable to resolve your report about ##### due to insufficient details. First of all, how am I suppose to provide details as I only have the options to report this?
