Hi, my wechat account had been linked with my old phone number which has expired recently, and i didn't manage to link it with new number as i always log in using wechat id.

The problem is, once i reinstall wechat apps in my phone, i was automatically logged out and can't log in (and also recover my account!).

I had try every possible thing to recover, from the verification from SMS code (of course fail as i didn't manage to link my acc with my new number), then via email. The email is also one thing. It just say that, "successfully change to a new password, which also cannot use it for log in my account. Then, comes to QQ ID recovery method. Also didn't success as i didn't remember my long QQ ID.

After the three steps above are not success, i touched the 'password retrieval' at the bottom. It was so annoying to find out that QQ ID is also required there! I just don't remember my QQ ID and it was like i can't retrieve my account back at all. Then what's the point i'm linking it to my email if i can't retrieve back my account via email?

Please wechat, i'm begging you to recover my wechat account as all the importants contacts are in that account. Please help me. Thank you.

Respected wechat team, There is a fake profile on wechat by the name of neha & Rohit who is using my pictures..this person uploaded profile pic on wechat...i dont know her or his number or any id..i saw her in people nearby option... I also report an abuse but no action has been taken yet...her account is still there with my pictures... Kindly take an action immediate before she or he ruined my image n before i go report to cyber crime or making any defamation case... Please its a request to wechat team to resolve this issue by tomorrow... my no-[protected]

It seems someone put my number ( +91- [protected]) in we-chat against a fake profile. I am getting continuous strange calls and messages from different unknown numbers from last couple of days. It's really pathetic. Could you please stop this and remove my number from We chat ( not sure how the number is put there may be broad casted or any thing else). I am not a we-chat user at all. I am getting more than 1000 prank calls on a single day in few minutes interval. Please stop this at the earliest as it's very difficult for me now a days or else let me know If I need to take any legal action against this. People nearby and shake are all chinese and japanese but im in south africa. The chinese cant even speak english. if this doesnt get rectified, im deleting we chat.!!!

Someone is using a we chat account with we chat id "parul51" and the user is sending messages from this account to various we hat user.the message contains my personal contact number asking them to call on the number.i dont even have a account on we chat.how can i know who is using this we chat account with we chat id "parul51"

Hi My name is Neha Arora. I am really really disappointed with we chat . I have been using this all from last one year. And now we chat has broadcasted my profile all across the world. I dont know how it has happened. I m getting calls nad irrelevant messages from people even from Pakistan .I have deleted my profile and uninstalled it. Still I m getting calls and msgs . I spoke to one person he said tht I asked him to call .even I dont have we chat installed in my phone. This is a serious issue. People have sent me screenshots of my profile which has not created me but number is reflecting there. This is a matter of women security. I am sure I haven't chosen any option on wechat. This is something done by someone else..

When I go and look at poeple nearby my we chat shows me a bunch of chinese and at my setting it shows that I ame at south-africa secunda and when I go to wechat team it shows some chineese country and some chineese writing so please tell me how to fix it or I wil be forced to remove this app and give it some bad coments ok please give me a reply thank u

I have reported a user on WeChat numerous times already for displaying pornographic pictures. Nothing is being done about this by WeChat, although they state hat they do not condone this. I only receive feedback from them everytime stating "Sorry, we are unable to resolve your report about ##### due to insufficient details. First of all, how am I suppose to provide details as I only have the options to report this?...

My friend sent me a photo and I found out that an account was created name Anastasia and this particular person has most of my photos and posting them around in his/her moments saying that I does services. Please kindly do something about this as it is very harmful and humiliating.

I am trying to remove the WeChats barcode from my Linkedin profile. I have already removed the link but the barcode remains. I have submitted my first request to Wechat support 3 weeks ago. Nothing has been done. How do I get your Wechats barcode off of my Linkedin profile? Again I have already removed the link yet the barcode remains.

Wechat is making fool of people from 'may 2015' They played a contest and promised to give prizes but nothing announced. They are just using people. I and my 40 friends have complant against wechat for malfare. I want to launch complaint in consumer form.

Wechat team were going to announce the winners for iphone6 and still they had not announced..before 1 month also they did not announced any winners though i provided codes to them...no winners are announced for iPhone6 and one plus power bank this all is completely fake and this activity of wechat is only for fame and gaining publicity. So i request you to take action against them.

Tem, the wechat user named 'SAM' using my photo as his/her dp. and started talking rubbish with some people. so please do the needfull as soon as possible before it will ruin my image. When I have 50rs in wechat I just tried on mobikwik without 10rs adding in it and it didn't worked as expected, but when I added money to mobikwik from my credit card and tried the same code to redeem which is not used and it through an error something like the record shows the code is used
