[Resolved]  Bharat Matrimony And Muslim Matrimony — Worst service by muslim matrimony and bharat matrimony

Hi. .

I have become paid member in muslim matrimony which has tie up with bharat matrimony. . Two times. . And to my bitter experience and only after wasting money i came to understand that many profiles are potrayed to attract
The customers and once we pay and get their contact details. . It is either outdated ones, invalidated ones.
When i check the same with customer services they simply say. . . That this number is not validated by us sir. . . Sorry.
My sincere question is. . . What is the necessasity to retain a profile if its number is not validated. . . Is it for pulling - in
Customers. ?
Next till i get paid there is a quick response from customer service team (Her name is bhuvaneswari) after i get
Paid, my calls are simply ignored. . And they simply say that. . We will call you back and never get back. .
Where as before getting into paid membership they wont leave us till they know when they can call back. .

I am taking so much pain in typing this document just because i have undergone severe mental tensions due to
Muslim matrimony and bharatmatrimony people. . I would advice not to choose both of them.
Simply they are making good business by victimising the people who are desperate about getting a good partner.
They get to understand what type of person we are looking for and purposely block such profiles
Till we are in paid membership period. . And as soon as our membership expires. . In few days we will be so surprised to see soo many good profiles that were never seen during 3 months subscription period. . This is a trick. .
Hope u understood. . So please stay away from these looters. . Traps. . .
