Dear sir,
I want to express my concern about the thane Ghodbander road branch (GST No. 27AAACW756P1ZH) approach towards the customer. I went to the store asking for medicines, and they told me to get a prescription. I went home and got a valid prescription, but they said they required a printout. I was ready to send them a mail instead of a printout as all the shops were closed and it was 10:30 in the night. But the employees refused to give me medicines and asked me to get a printout of the prescription at 10:30 in the night. To top it all of, one of the employees tells me that chemists tell lies to the customer by saying the stock is finished. The store manager was not competent enough to control his juniors, and they kept blabbering insults after insults to me.
