Dear Sir, On 3rd September 2024 due to hurry I logged into website of Wellness Forever and order some medicines amounting to Rs500 but they rejected that amount is not received by them when I called on their customer care Number. Due to this I have lodged complaint with Consumer helpline on 4th Sept 2024 and request you to kindly raise a complaint against Wellness forever for refund of Rs.500/- being amount deducted from Yes Bank Account...

It was totally a mental stressed and harrasment from Wellness customer care and even Colaba Store.
I have ordered some medicine in the morning 13/07/24. at 10.15 am. It was showing as order will reach by 12.15Pm. But when ordered not reach till 12.30.pm I call customer care. They were continuously saying it will reach withinhalf hour. I continuously call then 10 time, but same reply i was getting from them. At 6.00 pm I call store...

Subject: Complaint Regarding Lack of Discount and Bill Issuance

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your pharmacy on 24.02.2024. Upon purchasing medicine, I was informed that your establishment does not provide the standard 10% discount mandated by law. When I raised this concern and mentioned that I would file a complaint, your staff reluctantly offered a 5% discount, citing a condition that the bill amount must exceed Rs 500 or Rs 1000 to be eligible for any discount.

Furthermore, I was denied a copy of my bill initially, despite it being my right as a consumer to receive one. Your staff claimed there was an issue with the printer. Only after insisting and threatening to escalate the matter to the consumer forum did they finally provide me with a bill, bearing number 131501.

I find this lack of transparency and adherence to legal requirements concerning. As a customer, I expect fair treatment and adherence to regulations. I urge you to address these issues promptly to avoid potential legal repercussions and maintain customer trust in your pharmacy.

Wellness is fraud medical store, there shop keeper lies with customers for discounts and did not give any discount. And also they deny to give bill of our medicine and telling false things just to not give bill to customer.
This is my experience of Godrej Hill, Wellness medicine store.
Store Keeper name is "Vinod Tarmale", he is doing fraud with customers.

On November 1, 2023, I ordered four items of medicines out of which three were supplied through different agents: Jewellery Firm, Courier and Food Outlet. The missing medicine Toyapharminn 25mcg used in hypothyroidism was unaccounted, no refund of amount prepaid, later converted to coupons of limited validity (24 hours to 30days). The money should be credited to original source of payment (PayTm).

On dated 3-9-2023 i visited wellness forever franchisee located at sangli maharashtra near ganapati madir, vishram baug, sagnli 416416. Shop was crowded, all customers including patients were suffering from humid atmoshphere in store. After few minutes i observed the reason behind the same AC was swtched off.

I have been visiting this outlet near Pimple saufldagar, shivar chowk, Pune but these people never give me invoices. They always ask for phone number which I am not willing to share. Every time they say system issues, printer issue n stuffs like those.

Maine product 18th June 2023 ko 11 o clock order Kiya tha jo 3.15 Tak ane wala tha same day. 3.01 minute pe order delivered mark hua jo mujhe Mila nahi tha uske bad bhi maine half n hrs wait Kiya aur wellness ke Kai centre se bat ki. Uske half n hrs ke bad delivery boy Aya jithe Maine product return kand ko kaha.jo usme nhi Kiya aur mujhe phir wellness se call aya tha order cancel ke liye Maine confirm Kiya tha lekin wo next day 1. 55 am Tak delivered dikha Raha hai.aur mujhe koi refund ka process nhi dikh raha hai. Maine rat ke 1 baje se kai bar wellness forever me call try Kiya hai phir bhi mujhe koi response nhi Mila hai. Maine is taraha ke problem wellness me 4 time face kiye hai.

I visited Porvorim chogum road outlet and had asked for 10 tablets as per the prescription but the sales person gave me entire strip amounting to Rs.444. Even when I told him only 10 tablets are required he replied “ ENTIRE COURSE SHOULD BE COMPLETED USING ALL TABLETS” and he cannot give 10 tablets . When we checked same on other outlets it was not the case. I was forced to over purchase above my prescription. Is it a sales strategy?

I went to purchase the product steriwil - pro hand rub but the above product was not available, one of the staff told he will bring and give till evening. When I went next day in the morning he told he had not bought the above product and will not provide the product. So it's a humble request to please look into the matter.

Myself, Bani Bhattacharjee went to Thakur Village, Kandivali East, Mumbai store on 11.03.2023 for purchase of medicines which I have been regularly purchasing from for the last one year.
The staff misbehaved with me and did not give me the medicines despite producing a valid prescription.

I have purchased some medicines from Wellness Forever c/o Dhanvantari Medical Akashvani Chowk, Jalgaon (Bill No. 160696/06.02.2023). They told me that 15% discount is given on bill amount above INR 2500/-, but even when my bill was INR 2531.39 only 10% discount was given. When I complained to the owner, I did not get a satisfactory reply. They said this is not our fault wellness is responsible, you should complain to them. Copy of bill is enclosed please reply me satisfactorily. I think this is robbing the consumer from wellness.

Delay in delivering a medicine from their third party partner blue dart even after raising a complaint.

I am student from walchand college of engineering Sangli, I am contacting the medical last 3-4 hr not responding instead of telling that I was have cup of tea . And medicine is not available etc . i have high fever last 3-4 hr 105°c and can't stand up from bed . This is server case pls check

I was forced to purchase better body bombay serum instead of the one usually use .
I didn't like the fact under the name of company promotion of better body bombay these guys are selling BBB products, if there is commission they're getting on it, I must say it's not a good brand for purchase of skin product line.

Ordered Medicine for 4.5 years child, also requested for fast delivery. But there was no response for 2 hours. On visiting medical shop, they were not aware of the ordered product as store manager didn't informed present executive.
It's strange.. All are recorded.

Very poor service provided by Sohail at st joaquim borda branch .denied for home delivery when there was no rush at all at pharmacy and three executives present..I had to leave my child at home at 9.45 pm alone. Self picked delivery

I was purchase contour plus two month ago approx. And meter indicate inaccurate result and I was raise complaint to forever wellness customer care but they are not responding till 12 to 14 days and I was trying to connect on daily but no one responding and call. Till date my issue is not resolve.
Please provide product replacement.
If my query will not resolve ASAP then I will give bad feedback.

I ordered the Imported Giovanni Hair gel. I always buy this product from Amazon so I know the quality. The one I ordered from Wellness Forever was fake because
1. It was the consistency of water and
2. It had zero hold.
The real product is a thick gel consistency with strong hold. What was shocking also was that I could not return or submit a complaint on their website where I purchased the product because the contact form didnt work. Not to be trusted. Very disappointed.

I ordered some medicines and supplies while on vacation in goa. They promised 2 hour delivery, but the only way to check on order status is via a whatsapp bot. They kept giving me the same message over and over again, and no action has been taken. They have already taken payment.

I have ordered two Isomil Soy Milk Powder and paid Rs 1060.00 for the same through PAYTM. Neither my order got delivered nor they are updating any information about the same. I have sent email also but got no reply. It seems like fraud site and google should take down this fraud site from their search engine.

Wellness forever customer service is very pathetic(2 hrs TAT) hence request you to please choose other medical shop/ app to stay alive.

Don't depend on them in an emergency situation. Mark My Words..

Need to work on -
1.Communication gap between assigned delivery person and Wellness Delivery dept.

2. They are good in not following TAT 2 hrs
Which they supposed to follow to increase better customer service.

3. They are lying with the customer that person will come in next 20 mint, 30 mint, 40mint.
And if you call to assigned engineer then he confidently tell you your order is not reach to him.

4. Please concentrate more on People health not more shopping food like mall which you started already.

5. People have multiple option in the market to hence be careful about your expansion in coming future as per business perspective.

6. People at the customer care even don't know about their wellness app, how to pay bill amount through online. This is basic thing which they need to know before taking calls .

Rude behaviour

Purchased medicine from Medical named as Wellness Forever, Shop No. 1 &2, Abhijeet Enclave Apt., Bankar Chowk, Kathe Galli, Nashik. on 3rd June 2022 purchased medicine(CYblex -M_60_XR) from shop, concern sales person provided the QR code for payment. After successful transaction concern sales person said that that was no the QR code, you have do the payment again on different QR Code. We have done the same, two times amount was deducted from my account. At that time they replied that amount will refunded within 3 days. Till time amount was not refunded, so I visited the store and asked for amount. ### answers are received from the sales manager. Such a pathetic experience received from wellness forever. Urge you to refund the amount asap.

I'm Balraj from Mira rd (E) Thane, Maharashtra. My email id is [protected]@yahoo.com. This Wellness Forever medical is located at Beverly Park beside Mc Donalds on Mira-bhayandar highway. I took chilled Milo worth 45 wanted to scan QR code & leave asap. But they were so so slow & unprofessional & took their own time. It was 12:15am at night of 2nd June. It took so long that my product started to go down to room temperature. It taste best when consumed asap. I paid after the 2nd attempt & i was already irritated by their behaviour & slow working speed. I went out js to take another Milo & put the lesser cold one back in the fride & at the same time the shop employee was locking the fridge & i requested him to open it for a sec so that I can take the colder one & out my product back. But he rudely refused & said ki isko lock Krna Mushkil h i cannot open it now while he was still locking it. I requested again pls hold & let me out it back as it's their fault who made me wait for so long just for 1 product at night. But he refused so badly & me as a customer will never come back again with that insult. I felt very very bad & i gave them back the product & took my money back & they were not even apologetic at all & they happily gave my money back & continued to take care of a female customer who came after me i guess. What behaviour is this? You can check the CCTV as well. I am educated & belong from a good family. If anyone else would have been there in my place then he would have smacked a hole into his face. But i thought to complaint about him instead of doing that. After this i am going to complain at Consumer Complaints as well & let everyone know (Thane & Mira Road) about this medical & their rude employees who doesn't respect their customers at all. Even Pathetic is a very less meaningful word to describe about what happened. Will never enter this store again & will never recommend friends or family to visit or buy anything from here.

When I came to the Wellness Fore to buy medicine, he refused to let me in and told me to go outside. 24 x 7 service then why no access?

Hi... myself bought an blood test machine stuff from the wellness branch in rambaug near maxi ground kalyan...I showed them the picture of the machine that I want parts of...they gave me the wrong one...I told them while payment if it will not work I will return that thing...and that time the staff said yes you can return...but today when I came for return because the part of of the machine was not working showed to them...he told me that it will not be return because you have open the box...I mean how we can get to know if that thing is working in that machine or not...I have to open it for usage... continuously he was arguing with me...and telling me that I showed him wrong picture of machine...and the manager of that branch was also blaming me for their mistake...still I have returned them and take my amount back...but request you to change that staff because they are not that educated to be in that job...they will give wrong medicine to customer and the customer will get in trouble...I hope you'll take action against that staff
