Greetings of day!
On dated 3-9-2023 i visited wellness forever franchisee located at sangli maharashtra near ganapati madir, vishram baug, sagnli 416416. Shop was crowded, all customers including patients were suffering from humid atmoshphere in store. After few minutes i observed the reason behind the same AC was swtched off.
I request staff to switch on the AC. Staff replied AC is off with order of Mr Rahul Kagale (Store Manager). Then i requested same to mr Rahul Kagale but He arrogantly and shouted me with bad words . When i asked give me complaint book at store he repeatedly shouted again and again with asking me to do whatever i want to do.
Here after i called on wellness forever customer care to complaint about same. Mr Rahul Kagale was so arrogant with me while asking his full name and repetead dialouge "Your compaint will not affect me do whatever you want"
