I ordered surf excel liquid from them. It was also delivered to me. However, I was not happy because it wasn't top load. Hence, I placed a return request since there was no exchange available. However, they have rejected my return request confirming that the product is non returnable. The product was never mentioned as non returnable. I am very disappointed with their service.
