Dear sir,
A bill of around 80000 has been sent to me a few days back towards electricity consumption at my residence the bill is absurd. We have seen the meter reading from meter box and it is clear is that such amount is due to wrong meter reader by your electrical staff.in spite of my complain to grievance cell, no rectified bill has been sent. Vide docket number 27479691 &27473775. My due to pay the bill is on near future. Please do the needful.

Updated by sanjaydr2005 WBSEDCL still turned a deaf your to all my complains . I have to submit my electrical bill within 2 nd December 2019.It is clear that such absurd bill is due to negligence on taking meter reading.On 20th Nov It has been seen that the meter reading on meter box is 20746..Whereas, they has written that meter reading on.21.11 .19 is 28745. I think it is due to misprinting .Why the department is not rectifying there fault and causing harassment is not know to us . I am doing Medical job at Haryana State and it is not possible to attend electricity office located at Asansol.

Updated by sanjaydr2005 Most peculiar thing is that WBSEDCL instead of solving problem, sent a message that if I want to avoid disconnection, I have to pay bill as printed within 20 th December 2019.No other type of communication from them .I am confused about what to do on line as I am staying at present far away from Asansol, WB.
