    New Connection

    I applied for new connection vide application [protected] and i have pied quotation money through online on time. but till now no connection has been made and the connection status is showing witheld. please resolve my problem....

        Login Issue after new user registration

        Hi,

        I have registered as an user in WBSEDCL portal. Received an email I have successfully registered. But when I login I get this error message.

        Error:
        No portal roles are assigned for this user.If this problem persists, contact your system administrator.

        Can you help me to fix this issue?...

          Hi
          I am not able to login as consumer in www.wbsedcl.in with my login credential. When i am giving credential, its always navigating to only one page with error message: "no portal roles are assigned for this user. If this problem persists, contact your system administrator."

          I tried to contact the 24x7 helpline of this company. But they are not able to solve the problem.

          I need to pay my bills immediately for this consumer. Hence please solve the login problem as early as possible

            My last commercial electricity bill was 365 rs.
            I tried to pay it but my consumer I'd is blocked/suspended.
            For this problem I contact the helpline no. 19121
            to solve my issue.
            The customer care executive didn't listen to my complaint at all.She told me very arrogantly to disconnect the call and go to the local office as she won't help me for billing issue.
            I didn't expect this from an executive of a government office.
            As a consumer of WBSEDCL I thought the executive will help me if she can but I didn't know that the 19121 helpline no. of WBSEDCL is for show.

              From last night in my house Power issues happening, i complaint about that On their Help line, then they just call me and listen my problem and then just sent a msg that my problem was solved .but my problem was not solved. Again i complaint and they do the same things again and again. Its been 22 hours i have the power related issue but no one looked on to it .
              Please help me

                Sir/ Madam,
                I paid WBSEDCL electricity bill by using QR CoI paid the bill amount of Rs. 3320.00 for the period July'23- sept'23 through Google Pay by directly scanning the QR code, given in the bill on 21st June, 2023. Google Pay shows that the payment is completely successful, but WBSEDCL has not confirmed it till now..

                  Now it's like a trend that electricity will definitely gone for 1 or 2 hours at every night. Most of the time if we try to connect the call to report this the call is not getting connected due to not reachable issue. And if the call connect it said from that office that we are working on it. This bad electricity service and electricity cut is happening from last 2/3 weeks. Most of time it said also from the electric office that many people fitted air-conditioner in their home illegally without informing into the office that's why the wire becomes unable to take that such load & electricity is cutting off again and again, if that is true then why electricity office doesn't take any action upon them in between their working days. Because of them we common people are now facing harassment.

                    During hotter days when everyone turns on ac their is extremely low voltage in my area(adarsha pally, ward 15, mangalbari, malda, 732101), i constantly complained several times in wbsedcl website and they closed the complaint by writing fuse failure and still the low voltage issue persists.

                            With due request that in my locality maximum house having illegal air conditioning connection in single phase two wire metre connection. Our local substation office basdroni didn't inspect or didn't take action having or getting any information. so please send high officials to raid all houses . local official cannot do or take any step s due to local polical power.

                              We are resident at Charaktala, Rasapunja, BH road Area. Pin- 700104. Electricity service provider is WBSEDCL.
                              Service is worst. Power cut issue is a main concern. Even for light drops of rain, they cut the power. If you docket your complaint, they not bother to resolve the issue with in few hours. You have to wait 1-2 days even more for resolution.

                                  We are facing huge voltage fluctuations in our area A-zone, Durgapur-713204, the key reason is most people are installing AC's without knowing about proper load capacity of their meters resulting in voltage fluctuations throughout the day and night. It has been too tough for us as our appliances are in danger, our mobile gets heated up when we plug in to a charger, moreover frequently power cuts are also in the queue.
                                  It's horrible for us to survive in this area, please it's a higher request to resolve this issue as soon as possible and do the needful at the earliest.
